Anastasia Soare founded Richmond Waxing Studio at 804 W Franklin St in the Fan District to serve clients across Richmond City who want straightforward waxing without traveling far. From that base she built the practice around the realities of a humid subtropical climate, where hot summers increase skin sensitivity and mild winters still bring enough humidity to affect how wax adheres during appointments.
